We would like to thank Mark and James for repairing our broken sewer line yesterday. They were friendly, efficient and informative, we were given a very good price for seniors and would certainly use them again. We highly recommend the Atlantis team to anyone who needs plumbing done. I recently had a new hot water system installed by Craig. I can say with absolute confidence that he would come highly recommended by me. From quote to end of job Craig was 1000% professional and courteous. Craig had great attention to detail and noticed a slow leaking water mains on my front lawn ... probably saved me big $$$ by noticing it before it caused damage to my property. Craig had a team help him with the job who were equally as friendly and professional as he was. And importantly, Craig's work was impeccable and he was very clean and tidy and took the time to go over the entire job once complete. A true professional. If you need a plumber, Craig is absolutely the man to sort it out for you.

I'm very impressed with Atlantis Plumbing's reliable and professional service. Craig was quick to reply and arranged for a quote in no time. Mark from him team attended to my leaking toilet and broken insinkerator on time and fixed the problems without any fuss. I changed my mind about repairing the insinkerator and asked to have it removed instead, even though it meant another trip back to the truck for parts, there was no complaints but only a smile and a can-do attitude. Mark's friendly and professional approach as well as his attention to detail has set a high benchmark for all the tradesman out there. Given the very reasonable price and excellent service, Atlantis Plumbing's number will be staying on my fridge for a long time and I'll definitely recommend their service to all my family and friends.

We have finally found a plumbing service that ticks all the boxes- from the moment Craig takes the call in a friendly and professional manner, to coming promptly and on time, then diagnosing and fixing the problem, and doing it all for a reasonable price! I especially liked that Craig is also a great teacher, both for his apprentice and this customer.
